THE SOLITAIRES
INTRODUCTION The origins of this neutral group come from the feeling of belonging and loving feelings. Everyone wants to be loved, or at least accept by a group of their peers. Isidora Hall grew up lacking these feelings. She was a gentle, beautiful girl, scorned by the abusive nature of her father. It wasn't a doing that made her rough and harsh, but however sharp and intelligent, moral and familiar with emotions. She wanted to make a place where everyone could get away, where things could be a little bit better for everyone. It certainly wasn't a perfect place, and it wasn't a soft and nice place she made, although what she constructed, The Solitaires, holds value in a welcoming and friendly community. Not just a community-- but a family, and a growing one at that.
TERRITORY Taking place in the rugged yet picturesque setting of famous novel turned movie The Outsiders, is where this flimsy group organizes. A small abandoned community, with showing social and economic structures. The East side of this neighborhood, the beaten up, lower class half, is where the Solitaires reside. The West side has been overrun with rotten animals, rogues that fight without reason, act with supremacy, and pose threats to the Solitaires on most occasions. However, in just plain perspective, the entire place is all around good. Maybe not the prettiest thing, but doable. The central camp is around a lot. The lot is where meetings are held, but the Solitaires inhabitants are permitted to live in their own houses or with others, however it is advised that members do not live more than two blocks from the lot, in case of emergency. More to the West of the lot a park is found, and the territory there is lush and with water a food sources, with trees for critters to hide in and a fountain to drink from. On the East of the lot, past three blocks of homes, the setting falls flat for a brief moment, where an inactive railroad lays, and beyond the tracks, a small pine forest. Prey is only found to be scarce in the winter, when about five inches of snow is of common. The spring, summer, and fall are like any others (spring - a gentle breeze, sun, summer - hot, stormy, fall - chilly, dry). As a note, Solitaire members, sometimes called Solitarians, are told not to enter the Western side of the neighborhood, unless they are interested in looking for a fight with the "upper class" living loners.
RANKS These are the tiers that make up this group. The Solitaires don't really rely on this structure though, they aren't a very organized group. They one require the basics-- leader, deputy, and medicine cat, however add a few unique touches, as well as having position names that tend to fall under a different alias.
TRADITIONS Special activities that make The Solitaires different against other groups.
RULES Enforced casually, however rules are to be respected as they keep balance in the group.

They one require the basics-- leader, deputy, and medicine cat, however add a few unique touches, as well as having position names that tend to fall under a different alias.
- BOSS The "leader" of sorts. Handles promotions and demotions, makes big decisions and controls warfare and political matters. Isidora "Babycakes" Hall, played by Bleacheds (1/1).
- UNDERBOSS The "deputy". Provides guidance if needed so by the Boss. The second in command. Can handle promotions and demotions, and lead rumbles. Open position (0/1).
- CAPORGIMES Assistant deputies. Are usually put in charge of overseeing rumbles, are also put in charge of sending messages to allies, such as invites and requests for aid. Open position (0/4).
- MEDIC Self explanatory. Heal the sick and wounded. Open position (0/1).

- SOLDIER The main population of the group. Aged one year and up. Have learned the basics of fighting and other survival tactics. Open position, unlimited.
- ASSOCIATES -- A subgroup of the population, mothers, children, and elders. They are a valuable, however not high position. All of them are to be treated respectively, and not to be taken granted for.

- CHILDREN Members that are aged from zero to six and a half months. Cared for and tended by their mothers. Open position, unlimited.

TRADITIONS Special activities that make The Solitaires different against other groups.
- When a Soldier To-Be finishes training and step up to a full Soldier, they are given a nickname to go by. Usually it will be at the choice and decision of the Boss, however the mentor of the To-Be is welcomed to make suggestions for the alias. Will tend to correspond with their name, however personality traits will contribute to the nickname. Example, Isidora "Babycakes" Hall, the nickname "Babycakes" given to a member whom is very kind and gentle, however the nickname allows a sense of toughness to be added.
- Having a few skirmishes isn't out of the ordinary for any regular member of The Solitaires. However, fights that include five or more members with an enemy or rival group, would formally be called a "rumble". Solitaires are advised to only fight fairly. When having a spar with one another, this is an respected rule. Members with powers are either asked to not use their powers during a fight with a normal Solitaire, or find someone with the same powers to fight. Some members are told to carry sharpened sticks, in the event they are mugged. If a member is faced with an opponent that is carrying a weapon, then they are permitted to use theirs as well. Attacking a weaponless stranger or attacker with a tool for advantage is considered unfair and is frowned upon. Claws on claws fights are considered the average, and are known for being used to blow off steam between members even. It is important to know that "rumbles" and "wars" are different. Rumbles consist of 5+ members and are usually lead by the Underboss (or are at least cleared by them), and are done with no weapons, and occur because of a personal problem between sides. Wars are full out, clan-wide attacks done for political reasons that usually include using sharpened sticks or rocks, however can be claw-on-claw.
- Killing or raping a member is absolutely unlawful, and will result in banishment or imprisonment. Injuring a member permanently, or without consent is not allowed either, and will result in usual punishments. If two members consent to having a fight together, than it is allowed. As a member of the Solitaires, you are expected to take care of one another, and love each other like brothers and sisters, a family as a whole.
RULES Enforced casually, however rules are to be respected as they keep balance in the group.
- Follow all Solarite rules.
- Members of all kinds are allowed, and must be accepted if wishing to join.
- Treat each other kindly and nicely. Being a high position gives you some authority, but does not make you god-like.
- See "traditions" for more guidelines.
