Silentstream growled and opened his jowls, taking in the scents around him. Wait, what was this? Cats? And a ton of them were close by. But why near a volcano? He glanced around and huffed while he let his long fluffy tail lash around. "Damn her. I've got to find her.." And so, the tom trotted towards the scent of cats. Hopefully they weren't too hostile, that way the Maine Coon wouldn't have to kill too many helpless souls. Then again, that was just his ego talking. Sure, he was huge, even for his breed, but in fact he tended to be a bit all talk and no action, unless it was female action that he was getting. After a few minutes, the male would finally arrive to meet and greet these several cats, still confused as to why they were actually here but it seemed like something SHE would be crazy for. Using other cats to hide behind. How weak of her.
"You're tresprancing." Did she say that right? Tresprancing? She was pretty sure she said it right. Lavakit glanced at Silentstream with stern hazel eyes, wondering what he was doing but deciding it wouldn't be nice to do a full blown interrogation on him. "Name and business on Pyronite territory?" She had heard other cats say it before, so she was just copying them.

The large tom had to tilt his chin down in order to meet this kit's gaze. With a snort and a flick of his tail on the little kitten's nose before glancing around the area. "Yeah yeah, kit. Tell me where the authority is. I was looking for my mate, Amberfoot. Do you know of her? I need to find her... she's all I have left." Sorrow is what drowned his words. But in truth it was all lies. He just needed the truth and this kit was naive enough to give him the information he wanted. Then again, this community here seemed pretty nice... and maybe even fun?
Amberfoot.. Amberfoot-- yes! She knew an Amberfoot. The kitten crinkled her nose as the male flicked it with his tail. "Yes, I've seen her around." Lavakit mewed. "And someone with 'authority' should be here soon."

He gave a quick nod before strolling more onto this territory. The scent felt.. relaxing a bit. He liked it. "How many live here with you?" He asked nonchalantly. Like it was any point to actually ask more about the doctor of Aquinite, although he of course didn't know that. "And where is my Amberfoot??"
"Stop asking where Amberfoot is, please." Her stern yet calm tone had sounded as she made an entrance, fixating her dark attention upon the odd tom. Oraclekeeper took a stand beside her daughter, staring at the mysterious man with a slightly arched brow. "I'm unsure where she is; I'm afraid we will have to wait and see if she arrives, correct?"

Silentstream tensed as he heard the rather demanding tone of an older shecat and by the sound of it, this definitely wasn't where Amberfoot was. It seemed fit that he'd stay though. "Ah well, that's quite alright. If she isn't here then that's fine with me. Although... it seems rather bothersome to just barge in and ask this but... would you mind if I were to stay here? It seems like a marvelous place..."
A smile crept across her features as the pregnant fae stared down the tom, nodding her head slightly. Well, at least he would be able to find Amberfoot, right? "Of course-- but I don't believe I've caught your name?"

He gazed into the fae's eyes with his own, and with a twitch of his tail and a smirk, he spoke "Silentstream. And you along with your child?" He eyes back and forth at them.
"I'm Lavakit." The lilac tabby mewed, sticking her tongue out at Silentstream. The nurse wasn't sure how she felt about him just yet, but she didn't dislike him nor did she necessarily like him. Tolerated would be a better word.
